In plain language
The rules we hold ourselves to — written the way we'd explain them to a friend.
01
Magia Privé is a curated bilingual boutique for adults age 18 and older. Products, prices and availability shown on this site are current; purchase, payment and fulfillment are completed through our secure Shopify checkout. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to the shipping and returns conditions below.
02
We collect only what we need: your email if you join The Privé List, and whatever you choose to share when contacting us. Your information is never sold. Payment details are handled by our secure checkout provider — never stored on this site. Discretion extends to our communications: emails carry no revealing subject lines or branding that discloses their nature.
03
Every order ships in plain, unmarked outer packaging — no logos, no product names, no hint of the contents. The sender name is neutral, and tracking notifications are written discreetly. Carriers and delivery times are shown at checkout.
04
For health and hygiene, opened intimate products cannot be returned. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within the stated return window. Products that arrive damaged or defective are replaced or refunded — if something is not right, you have a clear path to make it right, with support in English and Spanish.
